Travis Barr

Travis Barr is entering his 7th year of coaching and his second year at Saddleback.  Coach Travis enjoys helping train a broad range of elementary and high school girls and boys athletes.  He focuses on teaching fundamental skills while incorporating technology to provide real-time feedback through detailed video analysis.   Coach Travis played at Dana Hills high school under the legendary coach Oz Simmons, where he was a FAB 50 national player.  He played his college career at Long Beach State 1992-96.  He was a NCAA freshman All-American, MPSF player of the week, Olympic Festival Gold Medal (1993) Olympic Festival Bronze Medal (1995) and top 5 all time dig average at Long Beach State 49ers.  Travis is married to Lynn and proud father to Riley and Rian Barr and their dog Scout.
